Over 20+ years of experience in the healthcare IT and technology services sectors, primarily in the areas of product ownership, project management, Vendor Product Evaluation, business process re -engineering, business process improvement, business analysis, independent verification and validation (IV & V), business development, consulting, and strategic planning within the US health care, payer, provider & Life Sciences, Having worked in US healthcare systems integration. Building COE at Offshore Healthcare Domain (Payer & Provider), Specific Towers on Healthcare domain Like Claims, Health Rule Engine. Use case identification and validation, data governance, deployments across healthcare towers for different clients. RPA, hyper automation, and Gen AI are all aspects of my engagement. I worked as an implementation consultant for the emergency department, clinician access, operation theater management, and CPOE modules of the ISOFT healthcare application suite. Oversaw and participated as a subject matter expert in the execution of projects involving over man hours. 400 Nurses, 180 doctors, and 28 surgeons received training in various Clinical and Non clinical modules during the EMR installation.
