As the U-WIN Project Review, I am part of an exciting journey to revolutionize India’s immunization landscape. U-WIN is a groundbreaking initiative designed to integrate immunization services with the UWIN platform, ensuring every beneficiary is tracked, supported, and covered seamlessly under the Universal Immunization Programme (UIP).My role focuses on driving the review and optimization of this initiative, which includes: • Assessing project performance to identify gaps and improve outcomes. • Collaborating with stakeholders, from health officials to on-ground vaccinators, ensuring cohesive teamwork. • Supporting capacity-building efforts by identifying training needs and empowering healthcare teams. • Analyzing the program’s impact on reducing dropouts and boosting immunization coverage.Through this role, I aim to contribute to strengthening India’s public health systems, leveraging data-driven insights, and ensuring every child and mother has access to life-saving vaccines. It’s both challenging and rewarding to be at the intersection of technology, health, and policy, making a real difference for communities across Madhya Pradesh”
