   As Principal of Orem Elementary School, Ryan Rocque led the transition to a fully functioning Professional Learning Community (PLC), resulting in stronger collaborative instruction and consistent annual gains in academic and Acadience literacy data. He established and strengthened key student-support systems, including a Multilingual Learner Task Force, Behavior Leadership Team, schoolwide PBIS implementation, and led the school to earn Purple Star School designation.
