ABOUT RYAN HANDLEY
Dr Ryan Handley is a senior lecturer at the University of Hull, where he teaches organisational behaviour and human resource management. He is also the Deputy Head of the Marketing, Management and Business Stragetgy Subject Group and Interim Programme Director for the undergraduate Business Management suite of degrees. He has over eight years of academic experience, as well as a PhD in Business from the University of Huddersfield, where he conducted a longitudinal study on the life satisfaction and subjective wellbeing of older adults using advanced statistical techniques. Dr Handley\'s research interests include the wellbeing of mature students and older workers, social and economic policy, and data analysis. He is a chartered manager and a member of the Chartered Management Institute, as well as a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is passionate about enhancing the learning and development of his students and colleagues, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge and practice in his field.
