About Ruchi Anand

An academician and trainer with over two decades of experience, my career reflects a strong synergy between management education, research, and professional development. I hold a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA in Finance, and a PGDBA in Human Resource Management. My academic journey has been marked by consistent excellence, including being awarded the President Gold Medal and President Scholarship in recognition of my academic merit.My teaching portfolio spans diverse management subjects including Strategic HRM, International HRM, Organizational Behaviour, and Business Research Methods. I currently serve as a Senior Assistant Professor and Head of the Research Cell at PTVA’s Institute of Management, where I lead initiatives that promote a strong research culture among faculty and students.My intellectual contributions include three authored books and numerous research papers published in UGC Care and peer-reviewed journals, with presentations at various national and international conferences. Also, actively contributing to shaping policies, designing processes, and ensuring their effective implementation, and curriculum enhancement, while also mentoring students through Value-Added Programs and Career-Oriented Training.In addition to academics, my role as a certified Image Consultant demonstrates my commitment to holistic student development. I have conducted soft skills and personality development workshops for esteemed organizations such as ICAI and Gharda Chemicals, and have facilitated outbound training programs to nurture leadership and teamwork in aspiring professionals.My journey is defined by the pursuit of educational quality, leadership in research and training, and a deep commitment to empowering students with both knowledge and industry-aligned skills.
