I am a Dentist with MBA in health care presently working in Pfizer as medical review for promotion content. As a medical reviewer : Working with good understanding of clinical research and working knowledge in developing and updating content for various medical materials, performing literature search to identify appropriate references to support creation/update of scientific content, and tracking and auditing assets for various purposes, developing and reviewing content for various deliverables with the quality requirements as per client satisfaction metrics, within assigned timelines, meanwhile ensuring they are compliant to various pharma regulations and guidelines and ensuring that it is supported by authentic and up-to-date references. Proficiency in content management platforms like Veeva PromoMats and MedComms. Performs medical Quality check review (reference check) of promotional, above brand materials including but not limited to Health Care Professional (HCP) promotional aids, Web/Social, training material, advertisements, consumer promotions, conventions/ meetings etc to ensure: The claims are accurate, truthful, not misleading and aligned with Core Claims, Common Technical and/or other regulatory documents. The references are adequate, and they fully support the relevant claims. The claims are consistent with the specified reference label used. Conducts reviews independently with minimal supervision, in accordance with relevant internal SOPs and external regulatory guidance, in a timely manner of any definite or potential deviations. Supports review of promotional material/non-promotional materials for products other than assigned allocation covering other BUs as well as other therapeutic areas in same BU based on bandwidth. Stakeholder Management: Engages with Medical Leads at client end to ensure smooth workflow for reference check of promotional and sales training materials. Delivers assigned documents on or before deadline, alerting client company in a timely manner of any anticipated delays, information gaps or potential shortcomings in quality. Ensures delivery of all required activities are within expected timelines.
