Experienced in pre-formulation and formulation development for injectables, ophthalmic, and solid oral dosage forms. Development of Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), liposomes for drug and nucleic acid delivery. Throughout my career, I have independently led the entire product development life cycle from proof of concept studies to large-scale manufacturing. My skill set includes devising Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) and Quality Target Product Profiles (QTPPs), process design, conducting QbD-DOE studies for formulation and process optimization, stability optimization, impurity trending, and analytical characterization techniques.I possess hands-on experience in executing products in cGMP facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. I am known for my ability to lead projects, providing dedicated inputs for timely execution of key activities. I have successfully managed scale-up and technology transfer for drug products, ensuring smooth transitions to exhibit scale.
