ABOUT ROFAYDA SALEM
Currently a Lecturer at the University of Westminster, teaching in BSc and MSc programs focused on environmental design and architecture. Pursuing a PhD at the same institution, specializing in the integration of traditional Islamic architectural elements, such as the Mashrabiya, into modern sustainable design frameworks. Core competencies include environmental design, public speaking, and research dissemination, with a strong academic foundation shaped by a Master’s degree in Architecture and certifications in environmental design. As a public speaker, contributes to promoting environmental awareness by delivering research-based lectures exploring cultural heritage and sustainable design principles.
