During this time, he has served in many important leadership positions such as President of the Cedar Breaks Dental Society, President and Founder of Dental Technologies Association, VP and Co-founder of a dental standards and communication board called the “Shared Trust Alliance”. President / CEO and Founder of ReferralWeb (HIPAA compliant, cloud based referring platform)Dr. Rob has also been instrumental in educating the dental industry on patient referrals. “Dentistry is one of the most cutting edge industries in the world, yet we still hold onto the archaic methods of communication when sending patients to specialists. Paper referral slips are such a major problem to the doctors and the patient. It is my mission to help our amazing profession catch up to the modern world in the area of patient referrals.” Dr. Rob’s obsession over patient referrals has evolved over the last 5 years. His intense focus on the referral experience of the general dentist, the specialist and the patient has helped him gain expert and strategic knowledge on the matter. Understanding his unique mastery of such an important topic has helped him refine his mission as “the ReferralDoc”.
