Synthesis (spark plasma sintering) and Characterization of mid-temp thermoelectric materials.Fabrication of novel unicouple thermoelectric device consisting of MgSi & MnSi.Synthesis and Characterization of low temperature Bismuth Telluride based thermoelectric materials and enhancement of figure of merit (zT).Fabricated thermoelectric generator (TEG) to harvest waste heat & exhibits high conversion efficiency of ~9 %.Developed thermoelectric cooler (TEC) based on Peltier effect for electronic cooling application.
