ABOUT RIPAN DAS
I am currently working as a part time senior lecturer for Newman University business modules at Christ the Redeemer College. I am playing the role of a visiting lecturer for Greater Manchester University business modules at Regent College London and Buckinghamshire New University business modules at David Game Higher Education London. My doctoral research explored entrepreneurship, performance measurement, and cross-functional teamwork—essentially, how businesses turn big strategic ideas into practical results. Along the way, I’ve written articles and book chapters, always aiming to make complex concepts clear and useful without losing their depth.Right now, I’m especially interested in topics like stakeholder value, responsible leadership, and how analytics can support better decision-making. Beyond research and teaching, I mentor future leaders, sit on boards and professional associations, and regularly share insights at conferences and business events.
