About Richa Tripathi
Dr. Richa Tripathi has over 10 years of experience spanning medical teaching, research, clinical practice and entreprenorship, contributing as a Lecturer, Researcher, Medical Consultant and most recently as the Founder of Reviving Rituals (an ayurveda clinic). Dr. Richa is a strong proponent of applying ayurvedic principles of right Aahar (diet); Aachaar (conduct) and Aushadhi (medicine) to help anyone achieve lifelong health & wellnesses and it\'s with this vision she founded the Reviving Rituals, an Ayurveda clinic.
