   To take charge as the treating and consulting doctor for medical needs of the plant employees in the SCL group.To give recommendations and suggestions to management in developing organizational health and hygiene programs.To take the lead role as the medical professional in planning and implementing organizational employees health programs across the Shree Cement Group.To prepare annual budget plan for the Hospital for approval and ensure running of Hospital within the approved BP value.To conduct periodical health and hygiene survey across the plant periodically.To develop promotional programs on personal / occupational health & hygiene for employees in the plant Eg. BMI reduction, Foot steps, Calorie Calculation program of Departments etc.To regularly conduct H&H awareness programs to employees and their family members.To conduct periodical medical test and certify the same as required under state laws.To ensure availability of basic medicines required in the Hospital for day today running.To ensure adherence to SOP.To continuously impart medical refresher sessions for group Doctors, nurses and assistants.To understand and actively involving to ensure the standards as required under OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and overall IMS program.To coordinate with government agency for 100% compliance of all applicable law, Factory Act.To support Environment, Safety functions in implementation of their programs.To coordinate the Employee Involvement Schemes Zonal Owner groups, Suggestion schemes etc.To actively take part in organization CSR health & hygiene initiatives /programs.
