As Executive Director of South Shore Stars, I lead a nonprofit organization serving more than 1,300 children annually through early education, afterschool enrichment, and family support programs in Weymouth, Randolph, and Quincy, MA.My work focuses on advancing our mission to promote school readiness, academic success, and family empowerment by providing wraparound services that support the whole child and family.Key areas of focus include:· Expanding access to high-quality, inclusive programs that close opportunity gaps.· Strengthening professional development and collaboration across our teaching and leadership teams.· Building partnerships that connect families to essential community resources.· Overseeing the 2025 launch of The Stars School & Learning Center, a private elementary school designed for children with language-based learning differences such as dyslexia.Every day, I’m inspired by the educators, families, and community partners who make South Shore Stars such a vital force for equity, literacy, and opportunity across the South Shore.
