For 15 years, Dr. Regan Tessis has been an avid member of the Canadian integrative health community, and is an expert in Naturopathic medicine, Nutrition, and Natural Health Products/Dietary Supplements. Regan currently operates Tessis Wellness Consulting, helping businesses achieve success in the health and wellness industry. Regan is passionate about wellness and loves using her knowledge and enthusiasm to work with companies who share her drive towards creating a healthier planet. As the VP, Scientific Affairs & Consumer Health of 2 leading North American weight loss companies, Regan oversaw the scientific departments of both brands to enhance clients\' health while ensuring their safe and effective weight loss through individualized menu planning, useful education, and quality supplements. Prior to this, Regan was the Scientific Regulatory Specialist at a boutique research and regulatory consulting firm in Toronto, servicing the Natural Health Product, Food, and Cosmetic industries. Before and during this time, Regan maintained a private Naturopathic Medicine practice after receiving her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine Diploma from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Regan is authorized to practice Naturopathic Medicine in Ontario and is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. Additionally, Regan is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). Regan also holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology from Western University and graduated first, as the top undergraduate student.
