Hello! I\'m Ravikumar Ganti, a passionate Hydrology and Flood Risk Specialist with over 21 years of hands-on experience in hydrological modelling, climate impact assessment, and flood risk analysis. Throughout my career, I\'ve had the privilege of working on diverse projects, from global flood model evaluations to climate-adjusted hazard frameworks. My expertise spans fluvial, pluvial, and flash-flood modelling, catastrophe model evaluations, and coastal & estuarine hydrodynamics.What excites me most is applying advanced analytics and modelling techniques to better understand flood risks and enhance decision-making for both private and public sector projects. Whether it\'s developing climate change scenarios, designing flood event response tools, or mentoring the next generation of engineers, I’m committed to delivering impactful, real-world solutions.Over the years, I’ve led multi-region evaluations across RMS HD, Verisk, KatRisk, JBA, and Fathom models in regions like the USA, UK, and India, with a special focus on climate change impacts and disaster response planning.
