Policy and strategy: engage with Superintendent, Board of Education, School and District leadership, as well as community partners to establish inclusive policies and practices. Follow up with stakeholders through supportive mechanisms to ensure school and staff alignment with these best practices. Coordinate investigations and support with follow-up for complaints of discrimination and harassment between students and staff.• School and staff partnership: Serve as a partner for implementing culturally responsive and sustaining practices. Offer individualized support to students or families experiencing discrimination. Establish one-on-one and community healing spaces for historically marginalized staff members and allies.• Professional development: develop and facilitate trainings, workshops, and meeting spaces for staff to learn, advocate, and collaborate about how we can continue to serve students, colleagues, and families more equitably.• Student empowerment: coordinate Student Voice and other student leadership and social justice advocacy efforts in partnership with Youth Celebrate Diversity, CASB, and others.• Family and community partnership: engage parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to advance equity and belonging for marginalized groups in our community with the guiding principle of “nothing about us without us.”
