ABOUT PAL SHUKLA
Ph.D. in Physics specializing in Nanotechnology, with research focused on the synthesis, structural engineering, and physicochemical characterization of nanostructured functional materials. My work investigates size-dependent phenomena, surface/interface effects, and structure–property relationships in nanoscale systems.I employ advanced characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and spectroscopic analysis to probe crystallographic features, defect structures, and nanoscale morphology. My research aims to tailor material properties through controlled synthesis strategies, enabling enhanced functional performance in energy, electronic, and catalytic applications.I am particularly interested in nanoscale interface engineering, defect-mediated transport mechanisms, and the development of next-generation multifunctional nanomaterials with scalable technological relevance.
