ABOUT RAJIV BHUSHAN

Dr. Rajiv Bhushan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, having occupied all the prestigious Academic and Administrative positions at the Institute level at National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India and university abroad for an impressive 33 years. His dedication extends beyond the classroom, as evidenced by his roles as Head of Humanities, Social Sciences and Management Department, Head of Alumni Relations Division, Member of Board of Governors, Member of Senate, Spokesperson of the Institute, Head, Training & Placement, Master of Ceremonies of Convocations, Professor Incharge of Soft Skills Society,Chairman of Annual Report Committee and many other at NIT Jamshedpur. Furthermore, he gained valuable international teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at Sana\'a University in Yemen for six years.Dr. Bhushan boasts over 20 years of research experience, authoring more than 40 journal publications, book chapters and Conference Papers in his areas of specialization: Business Communication, Soft Skills, American Literature, English Language Teaching, and Gender Studies. He has guided a number of Post Graduate Research Dissertations and PhD Theses globally.
