Provide accurate and useful medical and research data on medical issues, conditions, plans and activities involving marketing, planning and development of new/existing medicinal vaccine/cream products in the market in line with planned strategy, with inputs as needed.2. Engage, attend, organize, facilitate and coordinate all planned clinical research meetings and operations for a way ahead and ensure smooth conduct through all stakeholders including international personnel in feasibility, planning till the execution of clinical study. Prepare updated medical content including product monograph, prescribing info, leave behind literature, visual aids, etc. for vaccines such as Rotavac 5D, Typhibar CTV, Covaxin, biotherapeutics such as Regen D, SLVRGEN and train personnel with relevant presentations at launches and periodic trainings.5. Plan and provide medical inputs for product launches, review, clinical trials and trainings, taken up for the medicinal products through Partner/KOL/regulatory interactions for activities.6. Participate in and provide medical inputs for key opinion leader meetings/ advisory boards, customer launch meetings, focus group meetings and zonal meetings.7. Engage in cross functional meeting and trainings on therapy areas with marketing personnel, vendors and the third party agencies for promotional activities, in-house biosafety committees on company’ health issues and strategy meetings on benefit risk assessments of products.8. Compile, review and present the conducted clinical research, post marketing surveillance data of the company products for review of Company and regulatory agencies. Review the regulatory approval and safety documents’ preparations, presentations, SEC meetings, query resolutions and post marketing records on regular basis. Actively contribute to the division/company by taking responsibility for the scientific, technical and ethical soundness of all policies with my expertise and knowledge.
