My progressive track record in medical writing, safety reporting, project & program management, patient safety, clinical development and trial management turned me to servant leader - with passion & commitment towards helping others. I am someone who is unwilling to settle for average. I am known to lead by example & change is something that excites me. I have successfully conceptualized, executed and implemented the automated authoring tool enabled with AI technology while supporting and executing many innovative projects within Data and Digital domain. My domain expertise is into Regulatory writing and submissions, Patient safety, Vendor management, Innovation, clinical development. At present, I am designated as Senior Group Head with Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad in their Regulatory Writing & Submissions (RWS) Department. Serving as Functional and Operational Manager and overseeing project information flow to assigned teams. I enjoy working with multi-disciplinary teams, resulting in better performance & enhanced systems for higher performance of team. Some of my positives which I can talk about are ability to multitask, Influencing without authority, Excellent communication skills with First-rate understanding of clinical development and regulations like GxP, data interpretation and clinical significance. I am inspired most when given an opportunity to lead with limited resources, collaborating on challenging tasks, delivery of objectives & achievement of deadlines while enjoying the sense of mutual achievement.
