I design and execute end-to-end B2B and B2C UX research. Matching the method to the problem, I handle research operations and collect data using surveys, interviews, and ethnography to guide product decisions. I use a variety of UX programs to create and deploy usability and preference tests. I work x-functionally with designers, engineers, and product owners to create a user-centric experience that improves the lives of small business owners in the health and beauty space.
