Dr. R Rajesh is an accomplished healthcare leader with over 30 years of experience in Medical and Occupational Health Services, currently serving as Group Head – Medical Services, Reliance Industries Limited since 2011. An MD in Public Health with an MBA in Healthcare, Dr. Rajesh has been instrumental in shaping workplace health, wellness, and community healthcare models across India. He has successfully led large-scale medical and occupational health programs, ensuring high-quality standards through NABH/NABL-accredited facilities, and directed multi-disciplinary teams of doctors and allied healthcare professionals. He has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing public health policies, including strategies for epidemic prevention, workplace wellbeing, and mental health initiatives. Dr. Rajesh works in close liaison with Government agencies, regulatory bodies, and international organisations, contributing to policy dialogue and collaborative initiatives in occupational health, workplace safety, and employee wellbeing.
