As the Co- Founder, Director of HOSPkart, I am committed to transforming the way hospitals and clinics procure medical equipment. My journey began with personal experiences in the healthcare system, where I witnessed firsthand how delays, limited access, and high procurement costs directly impacted patient care. Those challenges inspired me to build a B2B marketplace that brings transparency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness to hospital procurement across India.With an MBBS from Semey Medical University, where I secured first position in Anatomy and Biochemistry, and early clinical experience at Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi, I developed both a strong medical foundation and a deep understanding of healthcare operations.Under my leadership, HOSPkart has been recognized by Start-up India, secured government funding at the ideation stage, and participated in prestigious forums like the TiE Delhi NCR Women Investors Meet. My vision is to empower Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities with seamless access to certified equipment—from ICU units and surgical instruments to disposables, diagnostics, and hospital furniture—while leveraging AI to build a smarter, more efficient healthcare ecosystem.Beyond work, I am passionate about fitness, yoga, pilates, sketching and cricket, which keep me balanced and energized. I believe in leading with openness and collaboration, giving my team the confidence and space to grow while we collectively work toward redefining healthcare procurement in India.
