Assistant Professor in Finance with a strong foundation in Economics and Statistics, passionate about making complex ideas understandable and actionable.With a PhD in women’s financial inclusion, I strive to bridge academic research with real-world relevance. My research has been published in several peer-reviewed (Scopus Q1, Q2 and SSCI) journals of international repute. Currently teaching a range of subjects including introductory business analytics, business statistics, and financial management. With growing interest in the practical application of research, I am interested in opportunities to contribute to areas like digital finance and data analytics. I am also exploring how AI and digital finance can empower under-served communities, especially women-led MSMEs. I am especially drawn to roles that align with my values—financial empowerment, inclusive innovation, and sustainable growth. I believe in continuous learning, collaborative growth, and using knowledge to drive positive change — both in classrooms and beyond.
