As an Assistant Professor of Women\'s Studies, I am actively engaged in teaching undergraduate (BA) and postgraduate (MA) courses, conducting ongoing research, supervising student projects, and contributing to the academic and administrative functions of the department. My strong academic foundation in Women\'s Studies, coupled with a commitment to teaching excellence, informs my delivery of engaging and theoretically robust lectures, seminars, and tutorials. I design and regularly update course syllabi, reading materials, and assessment methods to align with the curriculum and current scholarly advancements. I prioritize fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that cultivates critical thinking, active participation, and the intellectual development of my students, providing them with timely and constructive feedback and offering academic advising.My research agenda in Women\'s Studies involves both independent and collaborative projects, with a particular focus on issues relevant to the socio-cultural context of Lucknow and India. I am actively working on publishing my research findings in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at national and international conferences. Furthermore, I am exploring opportunities to secure external research funding through grants.I am currently supervising MA dissertations and BA research projects, guiding students through the intricacies of research design, methodology, and analysis, and mentoring their academic and professional growth. I actively participate in departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in the organization of seminars and workshops. I also undertake administrative responsibilities as assigned by the university and contribute to outreach activities within the broader academic community.
