   Performing the role as Lead MW for narrative study, its management, team management, high quality customer service, direct interaction with Clients, authored and quality check, SME review of narratives on various therapeutic areas, generate queries to clarify and improve the quality of the data, maintain quality and timelines of assigned project work. Preparing study template as per the study protocol, identifying resources, preparing timelines for the assigned study based on the CSR regulatory submission timelines.2. Liaison with the internal and external stakeholders eg. Biostats team, Data Management team, Pharmacovigilance team to obtain the source documents for the study. My responsibilities also include having weekly meetings with the finance team to discuss the studies that are awarded and tracking them to understand the number of studies we have in the pipeline for the upcoming quarters and accordingly manage and plan my resources. To communicate with the study Program manager to understand the overall study timelines and the number of narratives contracted and assign the Lead and Backup Lead MW for the study. To provide weekly status for each study to Leadership team. To provide training to the narrative team on a regular basis.6. Mentoring junior team members and provide feedback on their performance. Additionally, mentoring new team members and make them well versed to the company SOPs. Involved in the hiring process as well for the open positions.
