Throughout my career, I have overseen a broad range of operations, including managing National & Community Health programs, preparing budget plans, developing policies/programs/proposals, devising strategies, raising funds, allocating resources, and conducting HR management in a State Government set up. Capable of Monitoring & Evaluating (M&E) performance against budget spending to ensure a cost-effective allocation of resources and appropriate management reporting.
