I am Dr. Pragti, an Ayurvedic expert and the founder of India\'s No.1 Natural Fertility brand, SEED.FIT.I help couples who are trying to conceive and are seeking clear guidance, natural support, and a structured approach to improving fertility. Many reach out after months or years of trying, unclear or normal reports, or feeling uncertain about the next step in their journey.Through my work, I have seen that fertility challenges are rarely caused by a single factor. Hormonal imbalance, irregular cycles, lifestyle stress, nutritional gaps, and emotional fatigue often coexist and affect how the body functions.At SEED.FIT, I support couples by focusing on improving hormonal balance, egg and sperm health, menstrual cycle regularity, and overall well-being through nutrition, lifestyle correction, and stress management.My approach is rooted in Ayurveda and adapted to modern life.
