Experienced pathologist with post MD 8 years of intense experience in the field of pathology, had intense Junior and senior residency programs and as a consultant at premier institutes including St johns national academy of health sciences Bangalore, and JIPMER Pondicherry,hematopathology, Oncopathology, and cytopathology and my aim are To build a career, in pathology with an objective to make a difference in people\'s lives with an accurate and precise diagnosis of the reports. Currently heading and part of the lab operations in hematopathology and flowcytometry Have got the NABL accreditation for flowcytometry department as a separate department. Individually signed out reports for special coagulation and more than bone marrow aspiration and bone marrow biopsies. Reported all special hematology including IHC. Reported all oncopathology specimens including IHC and Immunofluroscence Reporting of cytology FNAC and liquid based cytology. Successfully completed NABH, NABL and JCI audits in the department of hematopathology Been as a trainer as a part of training to paramedical and DNB students Published many cases in ASH and presented papers. Delivered expert talks in the educational forums of the hospital On the selection process of NABL lead assessor Training Undergone in trouble shooting and automation in hematology including CBC analyzer coagulation and flowcytometry. Discussed hematopathology cases with the clinicians and conveyed timely reports.
