I am an Assistant Professor having taught at various management institutes with a strong dedication to creating an engaging learning environment for students in the fields of Organizational Behavior, Economics, and Human Resource Management. My teaching approach is centered around interactive learning, blending academic concepts with real-life applications.My keen interest in psychology helps me connect deeply with students and understand the dynamics of human behavior, which is fundamental to effective teaching and research in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. This perspective allows me to nurture students\' critical thinking and foster a deeper understanding of the subjects I teach.My research interests include understanding workplace behavior, employee motivation, and the intersection of psychology and business management. I have actively participated in academic conferences, workshops, and development programs that focus on innovative teaching methods and strategic insights into management studies.My professional journey is one of continuous learning.
