Product Leader | Researcher | Expert in BPM, Process Mining & Enterprise Software I’m a Product Lead and researcher with extensive expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Mining, and enterprise software development, combining hands-on industry experience with a strong academic foundation. My career has evolved at the intersection of product innovation, process intelligence, and business transformation, driven by the belief that the best solutions are both research-backed and application-driven. With degrees in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems & BPM, and a Ph.D. in Business Economics, I have built a career that bridges theory and practice. From early roles in process analysis and agile software development to my current position as Product Lead at SAP Signavio, I have consistently focused on transforming customer pain points into scalable, outcome-driven products that create measurable business value. In my current role, I lead product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that we deliver not just features but solutions that help organizations optimize processes, improve decision-making, and adapt with agility. I work closely with customers, researchers, and industry leaders to push the boundaries of process intelligence and bring academic insights into real-world applications. Beyond product leadership, I serve as a Guest Researcher and am committed to mentoring emerging talent, fostering strong product-thinking skills, and nurturing innovative, collaborative teams.
