ABOUT PETER KATKO
I am a partner with EY Law and Global Leader of Digital Law.I have had professional experience for more than 25 years in the field of GRC, cybersecurity, data and privacy, artificial intelligence, intellectual property as well as IT law. Other than traditional attorney, I very much focus on practical implementation as well as Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). I consult and represent national and multinational companies. There I also serve as data protection privacy officer and handle compliance management. My particular focus is on digital law which means legal solutions in order to design digital transformation in a legally compliant way. In all projects, it is crucial for me to develop pragmatic solutions to align legal requirements and business needs.
