Ultramed Ltd was created by Dr Paul Upton, a former NHS consultant and Medical Director and 2014 winner of the EHI national award for Clinical Informatics Leadership, and Mr Alan Sanders, owner of an award winning digital production studio. MyPreOp is a cloud hosted preoperative assessment programme that patients complete on-line. It is patient driven with patients owning their data and then choose to submit it to their current health care provider. The vision is to bring international design expertise alongside clinical and senior NHS executive experience to innovate to deliver health technology that is modern, slick and intuitive for users.
