My work comprises 20+ years of experience in research policy at the intersection of science, technology and policy. I have led high-level science policy processes, including the office of the High-Tech Forum of the German Federal Government, and advised government, research organisations and industry. Former Secretary General of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, supervisory board member of a Fraunhofer subsidiary, and former biotechnology journalist.
