Work experience courses are an integral part of the curriculum. Here, co-curricular activities, personality development, soft skills training in various languages, and remedial coaching are done using a play-way method. This method takes shape in medical camps, where students strengthen their skills and gain confidence by teaching others. Students are introduced to various life skills, and the knowledge gained is transferred to the masses while training the socially challenged and tribal. Skill teaching introduces Entrepreneurship, which leads to creativity and innovation. There are various test beds, and students can choose the area where they wish to excel.Minimalism and jugaad models are financial models that allow students to Earn while they learn. Community-based research is being encouraged at all levels. Nano enterprises and SHGs are being formulated in Tribal as well as urban areas. The institute encourages high-quality products from the Rural Economic Zone to the Special Economic Zone (REZ to SEZ). 430 ICT centres are training students in traditional crafts.
