An experienced, self confident, know-how adaptable skillful legal connoisseur, legal advisor with an academic administrative management in the field of legal education, profession and higher education for around twenty years. Presently give outs as Director, Vignan Institute of Law, Vignan Foundation for Science Technology and Research (Deemed to be University), Andhra Pradesh. Dr. Rakshit has served as Head of the Institution/ Ass. Director, Amity Law School, Amity University Kolkata. Dr. Rakshit served as Dean of Faculty of Law/Dean Academics (in-Charge)–cum-Associate Professor (law), member of BOM, UAC, URC, Chairman BOS and Board of Moderation of the North East Frontier Technical University, Arunachal Pradesh, India. He has served as an advisor of the Office of the Registrar, NEFTU regarding administrative policies and legal issues from 20••••21. Dr. Rakshit served as Lecturer-in-law/Assistant Professor, NSS Programme Officer, and Principal (in-Charge) of BLC under the University of North Bengal, WB. He also served as Chairman, BOS (law) of the University of Gour Banga, West Bengal. Dr. Rakshit has a resourceful in handling Constitutional law, Corporate laws, Cyber laws, IPRs, Transnational law, Labour laws, Procedural laws, Personal laws, Environmental law, Human Rights and service related laws as well as acumen with various Council and higher educational Apex bodies statutory norms.He has a superior record of law teaching and research, drafting, policy making, management and legal profession. He believes and practices an overall welfare of the organization by enhancing goodwill, promoting organizational ecology with staff efficiency and productivity through a capable milieu; an excellent team member and also team leader to accelerate the collective achievement for the utmost institutional goal. He has published a number of research papers/ book chapters in the international and national level journal which includes the UGC-Care listed Journals and peer reviewed and working number of legal projects and in Charge of NEFTU (NEP-2020) course curriculum blueprint for implementation. He has expertise in diverse research base case analysis, contract, MOU, and corporate governance milieu. Apart from legal proficiency, he has a good creative exposure on high quality techno-savvy management, prompt decision making competence and firm administrator to uphold institutional policies. He is an environmentalist, practices human rights, active social work and always abides by the law of the land and the almighty (Ra: Sa:).
