With over four decades in medicine, I’ve had the privilege of serving in diverse healthcare and leadership roles across hospitals, government services, and defense. I currently serve as Medical Superintendent at SPS Hospitals (formerly Apollo), Ludhiana, where I oversee clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality care delivery.Designated as a Senior Consultant by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), I also mentor and teach DNB and MRCP students, continuing my lifelong commitment to medical education. My earlier experience includes service with the Indian Air Force and as Company Commander in CRPF, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and operational management.Academically, I hold an M.B.B.S. and M.D. in Medicine from Gajra Raja Medical College, Jiwaji University, Gwalior, along with fellowships in Intensive Care Medicine and Advanced Sonography, and certifications in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association. I’ve also completed an MBA in Healthcare Management, combining clinical expertise with administrative insight.I’m a lifelong learner, a mentor, and a firm believer in compassionate, ethical, and efficient healthcare. My focus has always been on integrating clinical excellence with organizational leadership to build stronger healthcare systems and better patient outcomes.
