About Pankhuri Monga
Hi, I’m Dr. Pankhuri Monga—a Consultant Psychiatrist, Certified Sexual Medicine Expert, and Keynote Speaker, deeply committed to making mental health accessible, inclusive, and stigma-free. I grew up in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, and my journey in medicine has taken me across states and specialties—from earning my M.B.B.S in Belgaum, to completing my M.D. in Psychiatry (with a Gold Medal) from Father Muller Medical College, and then my DNB and senior residency at Bangalore Medical College. My clinical practice spans across adult, child, and geriatric mental health. I also hold a certification in Sexual Medicine, which has helped me offer sensitive, informed care in a space that still isn’t talked about enough. In recent years, I’ve extended my work beyond the clinic—conducting workshops, delivering keynote talks, and building conversations around mental health that are rooted in science but spoken with heart. What drives me every day is simple: helping people feel seen, heard, and supported—not just as patients, but as individuals navigating life.
