That moment marked the beginning of an 18+ year journey across leading academic institutions including Lovely Professional University, Amity University, and NIIT University.A turning point came in 2010, when I attended the 16-week Faculty Development Programme at IIM Ahmedabad. It transformed my academic vision, deepened my pedagogical toolkit, and introduced me to the power of case-based teaching—which soon became a passion.Since then, I’ve authored several business cases with SAGE Publications and Ivey Publishing, and extended my research through journal publications and Ph.D. supervision. In parallel, I’ve led industry-integrated training programs with Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and SBI, coordinated large-scale bank training, and contributed to strategic student engagement planning at the institutional level.Over the years, I’ve taught both core and advanced marketing courses such as Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Product and Brand Management, Sales & Distribution, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing—engaging students not just in concepts, but in conversations that shape real-world understanding.I view education as a space to both ignite minds and build systems. I thrive in roles where I can blend teaching excellence, research depth, and academic leadership.
