About Pallav
Dr. Pallav is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at VIT Bhopal University. His research interests lie in nonlinear dynamics and control, with a focus on the control & synchronization of nonlinear systems, chaotic dynamics, etc. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in the field of Nonlinear Control from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur in 2024. He holds an M.E. in Control Systems from the department of Electrical Engineering, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi (2014), and a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from UPTU, Lucknow (2011). Dr. Pallav qualified the GATE examination in consecutive years, 2012 and 2013, demonstrating strong academic proficiency and securing eligibility for admission to premier postgraduate programs and research opportunities in engineering and technology. He was also awarded MHRD fellowships in recognition of his academic pursuits during his postgraduate and doctoral studies. He has made significant research contributions in his field, with numerous papers published in reputed SCIE/Scopus indexed international journals and presented at well-regarded conferences such as particularly in the areas of nonlinear systems, chaotic dynamics, and control theory. He also serves as a reviewer for several reputed international journals and conferences, contributing to the peer-review process in his areas of expertise. Prior to joining VIT Bhopal, he worked as an Assistant Professor (On Contract) in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Punjab Engineering College (PEC) Chandigarh (a government funded premier engineering institute), for slightly less than a year. He also gained around two years of teaching experience in a similar role before commencing his doctoral research, which helped him build a strong foundation in academic instruction.
