I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional with a strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and academic excellence. I embrace challenges with a positive mindset and view every task or responsibility as an opportunity to broaden my knowledge, enhance my skills, and contribute meaningfully to my field.I hold a Ph.D. in the area of High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal, India. My doctoral research primarily focused on exploring the implementation of HPWS and examining their consequent effects within the Indian healthcare sector. Through this work, I have developed strong expertise in human resource systems, organizational behavior, and strategic HRM, coupled with a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of the healthcare industry.Currently, I am serving as an Assistant Professor, where I actively contribute in dual capacities—as an educator and as a researcher. In my teaching role, I am committed to fostering an engaging and intellectually stimulating learning environment for students. As a researcher, I continue to build on my doctoral work, striving to publish impactful studies, collaborate with peers, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of management and human resources
