As Campus Director in Chandigarh Group of Colleges, CGC Landran, a vibrant campus with more than students, I look after multiple institutions offering 50-plus programs in Engineering, Business Management, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Computer applications and Hotel Management.In my role, I am responsible for the campus\'s academic, administrative, research and operational functions. I lead strategic planning and deployment to align CGCL vision and goals with emerging trends, fostering a culture of quality, innovative, student centric teaching learning process, innovation, research, embedding sustainability to achieve excellence. Collaborating with all stakeholders I strive to create an inclusive, supportive environment that emphasizes the growth and sucess. I am deeply involved in curriculum development, program enhancement, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and policies. Additionally, I cultivate partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions and international universities to facilitate collaborative opportunities that benefit the campus community. Under my leadership, CGC has achieved significant milestones, including improved admissions, results, placements, rankings and accreditation. I have established several centers of excellence, skill development initiatives, and incubation centers to nurture innovation and research. These initiatives have helped CGC secure prestigious accreditations and rankings from entities such as NAAC, NIRF, NBA, IIPIndia, ARIIA.
