A senior Engineering and Technology Leader with 20 years of experience delivering advanced cooling and HVAC systems as well as energy management solutions across complex, high performance environments.My career has focused on the design, integration and optimisation of Thermofluids systems where reliability, efficiency and operational resilience are critical. I have built a reputation for technical depth, strategic leadership and delivering results. Leveraging Digital Engineering capabilities, I have used my expertise to translate complex technical challenges into commercially successful solutions. I have directed sizeable engineering teams through the delivery of technology programmes from concept through to delivery, and held P&L responsibility across both cost centres and profit centres, whilst consistently exceeding targets. Alongside deep technical capability, I bring extensive leadership and commercial experience. I have managed sizeable engineering teams, overseen budgets and forecasting, shaped technology and delivery roadmaps. I have acted as a senior technical interface with customers and partners. I am comfortable operating at the intersection of technical delivery, strategic growth, talent and capability development, and stakeholder engagement.I am currently completing a level 7 Senior Leadership Apprenticeship (Aston University), with all taught elements of the PgDip in Business Administration passed with distinction. This leads to Chartered Manager status through the CMI, and subsequently the attainment an Executive MBA. Simultaneously, I am finalising my application for Chartered Engineer status as a Fellow of the IMechE.
