About Omar P.
Most residential assisted living operators are exceptional caregivers running invisible businesses. Families can\'t find them online. Inquiries go cold, and their digital presence doesn\'t build enough trust for families to choose them over a larger facility down the road. I built Hexari to fix that. Hexari is an occupancy growth system built exclusively for RAL operators. We handle the three things keeping beds empty: visibility so families find you, follow-up so inquiries don\'t go cold, and trust so families choose you. We\'re not a generalist agency. We don\'t work across industries. One niche, one problem, one outcome, beds filled and kept filled. I come from a background building learning and performance systems for Fortune 500 companies and healthcare networks.
