Preparation of Structural analysis report includes in-service (operating) and pre-service (transportation, lifting and load-out) analysis, Blast analysis, Weighing Analysis. Weight and COG report and calculation. Design of lifting pad eyes, sling and spreader bar and design calculation for monorail and miscellaneous design. Checking of engineering drawing to match with design intent. Design coordination for offshore structures. Adequacy check of pipe racks and strengthening of Pipe racks. Preparation of design reports, technical specifications, and review of detail design drawings Software Skills: SACS, STAADPRO, SESAM GENIE Detailed outfitting structural design works for conversion projects including production deliverables. Preparing technical and commercial proposals for structural related projects. Structural Engineering of Power Plants, Electricity Substations, oil & gas onshore & offshore structures etc. Foundation Engineering Seismic and Wind Load Analysis Design Assurance Technical Bids/Tenders and ContractsKey Experience: Well versed with codes and rules such as AISC, ACI, API, British codes, DNV, ABS, BV, etc. Developing in-house excel worksheets for the design of steel structures.
