I’m Dr. Niraj Kawle — a dentist turned public policy professional and law student — driven by a commitment to solving real governance and social impact challenges through evidence based policy making and citizen centric design.With 2+ years of clinical experience treating patients and nearly a year teaching UPSC aspirants in Polity, International Relations, Governance, Society, Internal Security and Current affairs, I’ve developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, communication, and analytical reasoning. My research on oral precancerous lesions in a village in Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra exposed me to the realities of last-mile service delivery — sparking my shift toward governance and development.Scoring 98.62 percentile in MH CET Law, I now combine healthcare insights, legal training, and governance thinking to design citizen-centric solutions.I’m driven by a simple goal: to help create systems that work better for people, especially at the grassroots.Always open to collaborations in governance consulting, research, policy communication, and social impact initiatives.
