Effect of immediate kangaroo mother care (iKMC) on neonatal mortality and culture-positive sepsis in low-birth-weight neonates in district hospitals in Chhattisgarh, India: a stepped-wedge cluster randomized trial funded by BMGF\"1. Coordinating field-level implementation of the research project across district hospitals in Chhattisgarh.2. Act as a central coordination link between PI/Co-Investigators, hospital administration, SNCU teams, nursing officers, research staff, and field workers.3. Coordinate day-to-day project activities at assigned sites, ensuring adherence to study protocol and smooth delivery of the iKMC intervention.4. Provide functional supervision and guidance to research nurses, data entry operators, and field workers, including task coordination and problem-solving.5. Conduct and lead routine data monitoring and quality assurance, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and protocol compliance.6. Coordinate and co-facilitate training and orientation of nursing and research staff on iKMC procedures, documentation, and reporting.7. Compile and report project progress, data status, and operational challenges to PI and Co-PI on a regular basis.8. Oversee attendance tracking, leave coordination, and essential administrative processes for project staff across multiple districts.9. Ensure ethical, regulatory, and GCP compliance, documentation maintenance, and audit readiness for the project.10. Overseeing employee performance management, resolving grievances, and maintaining accurate performance records. Managing employee benefits and engagement initiatives, updating attendance and payroll records, and handling full and final settlements during employee separations.

I am a healthcare management and public health professional with a strong multidisciplinary foundation spanning dentistry, healthcare administration, information technology, and research. I hold a BDS degree along with two PGDM qualifications—one in Public Health and Hospital Management and another MBA-equivalent PGDM in Healthcare and Hospital Management with specialization in Healthcare Information Technology—enabling me to bridge clinical knowledge, management principles, and digital health systems.I have recently begun my journey in healthcare research as a Senior Research Fellow at AIIMS Raipur, working on the project “Effect of Immediate Kangaroo Mother Care (iKMC) on Neonatal Mortality and Culture-Positive Sepsis in Low-Birth-Weight Neonates in District Hospitals of Chhattisgarh, India.” This role has strengthened my exposure to maternal and child health research, public health interventions, data-driven decision-making, and implementation research in real-world healthcare settings.My professional experience includes a year-long dental internship, a digital marketing internship, over two years of volunteer work, and one year as a Management Trainee followed by four months as Assistant Manager–I (Health Claims) at Magma General Insurance Company Ltd. Through this experience, I gained practical insights into healthcare delivery systems, insurance operations, leadership, and general management practices.With strong skills in research coordination, healthcare operations, teaching, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving, I am motivated to contribute to impactful healthcare research, public health programs, and health system strengthening initiatives that improve population health outcomes.
