I serve as a Partner at TNTP, where I lead regional strategy and manage a portfolio across Louisiana and Texas focused on transforming education systems and developing the people who lead them. With nearly two decades of experience across K–12 schools and nonprofits, I’m known for building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, funders, and internal stakeholders, and for guiding leaders through complex change with clarity and care.
