As a doctoral committee member and professor at UMES, I support the academic and professional growth of doctoral candidates through research mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and graduate-level instruction. I serve on dissertation committees, guiding students through proposal development, research design, and final defense. I also teach advanced courses, contribute to curriculum development, and provide constructive feedback to foster academic excellence.In addition to teaching and mentorship, I engage in scholarly activities, support program development and accreditation, and represent UMES in academic communities. My work helps ensure that doctoral education at UMES remains rigorous, relevant, and responsive to evolving academic and industry standards.
